Welcome to CauseVerse, a SaaS platform designed to bring experts together to fight discrimination, fear, prejudice, and hate speech. Our platform is dedicated to promoting rational engagement, deeper understanding of others, and sincere empathy. CauseVerse Inc is committed to creating a safe and inclusive space for all users, and we expect our users to share this commitment.

By using CauseVerse, you agree to abide by the following policies:
Non-Discrimination Policy: CauseVerse does not tolerate discrimination against any person or group of people based on their race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or any other characteristic protected by law. Any organization found to be engaging in discriminatory behavior will be immediately removed from the platform.
Prohibition of Hate Speech: CauseVerse does not tolerate hate speech of any kind. Any organization found to be engaging in hate speech will be immediately removed from the platform.

Respectful Engagement: CauseVerse encourages respectful and productive engagement among users. Users are expected to engage with others in a civil and respectful manner. Any behavior deemed disrespectful, disruptive, or harmful to the community will not be tolerated.

Community Standards: CauseVerse is committed to maintaining a community that is safe, inclusive, and respectful. We reserve the right to remove any content or organization that violates these standards.

Compliance with Laws: All users of CauseVerse must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Any organization found to be in violation of any laws or regulations will be immediately removed from the platform.
User Responsibility: CauseVerse users are responsible for their own conduct and content. Users are expected to take responsibility for their actions and to report any violations of these policies.

By using CauseVerse, you agree to abide by these policies. CauseVerse Inc reserves the right to amend these policies at any time, and it is the responsibility of users to regularly review the policies to ensure compliance. Any violation of these policies may result in immediate removal from the platform.

Terms and Conditions(Required)

1.1 Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide Customer the Services [in accordance with the Service Level Terms attached hereto as Exhibit A].

1.2 Subject to the terms hereof, Company will provide Customer with reasonable technical support services in accordance with the terms set forth in Exhibit A.

2. RESTRICTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Customer will not, directly or indirectly: reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code, object code or underlying structure, ideas, know-how or algorithms relevant to the Services or any software, documentation or data related to the Services (“Software”); modify, translate, or create derivative works based on the Services or any Software.

3. Customer represents, covenants, and warrants that Customer will use the Services only in compliance with Company’s standard published policies.

4. Each party (the “Receiving Party”) understands that the other party (the “Disclosing Party”) has disclosed or may disclose business, technical or financial information relating to the Disclosing Party’s business (hereinafter referred to as “Proprietary Information” of the Disclosing Party). Proprietary Information of Company or Customer includes non-public information regarding features, functionality and performance of Services. Proprietary Information of Customer includes non-public data provided by Customer to Company to enable the provision of the Services (“Customer Data”). The Receiving Party agrees: (i) to take reasonable precautions to protect such Proprietary Information, and (ii) not to use (except in performance of the Services or as otherwise permitted herein) or divulge to any third person any such Proprietary Information.

5. Customer shall own all right, title and interest in and to the Customer Data, as well as any data that is based on or derived from the Customer Data and provided to Customer as part of the Services.

6. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the SaaS provider, its affiliates, and its employees from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or in connection with the customer’s use of the SaaS provider’s software or services, or any breach of this agreement by the customer.

7. Warranty: The SaaS provider warrants that its software and services will operate in accordance with its documentation. If the customer discovers a defect or error in the software, the customer must notify the SaaS provider, and the SaaS provider will use commercially reasonable efforts to correct the defect or error.

Disclaimer: EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT, THE SAAS PROVIDER MAKES NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE SAAS PROVIDER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE OR SERVICES WILL MEET CUSTOMER’S REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE OPERATION OF THE SOFTWARE OR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. THE CUSTOMER ASSUMES RESPONSIBILITY FOR SELECTING THE SOFTWARE OR SERVICES TO ACHIEVE ITS INTENDED RESULTS, AND FOR THE INSTALLATION OF, USE OF, AND RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE SOFTWARE OR SERVICES. THE CUSTOMER SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR TAKING ALL NECESSARY PRECAUTIONS TO ENSURE THAT ANY DATA, FILES, OR OTHER MATERIALS OBTAINED FROM THE SAAS PROVIDER’S SOFTWARE OR SERVICES ARE FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
