Christine is an accomplished leader with extensive experience scaling and improving all aspects of key strategic initiatives for small businesses, start-ups and nonprofits. Her proven strengths across the areas of operations, change management, customer experience, marketing, internal communications and talent search enhance internal processes and structures and inspire and strengthen teams.
Christine is a thought leader and creative thinker acknowledged for building team culture while fostering relationships with executive leadership as well as collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for ultimate impact and results.
Starting her career in marketing firms in Chicago, Raleigh and Charlotte, Christine led client relationships with hundreds of companies across a wide array of industries. Her passion for community impact led her to put her expertise in strategic planning and operations to good use while first serving as Executive Director of a start-up nonprofit followed by building a national company’s first Corporate Social Responsibility program and scaling it nationally before serving as Chief Experience Officer for a social impact consulting firm leading change management initiatives as the firm doubled in size and implemented a new community collaboration management platform.
